Tele-Solutions founded by Michael Finaldi, specializing in installing and supporting business phone systems in New Jersey.


Tele-Solutions moved and updated their own HQ at 1767 Route 22 W Union, Nj where they are still located to this day.


Tele-Solutions acquires its 1000th NJ-based client and develops a strong reputation in the northern NJ marketplace.


Tele-Solutions is awarded “platinum” dealer, representing a legacy manufacturer “Sprint Voice Products”.


Tele-Solutions adapts - begins installing and supporting converged telephony computer software technology.


Tele-Solutions celebrates its 25th anniversary.


Tele-Solutions becomes one of the first companies to embrace emerging cloud based technology.


Tele-Solutions becomes TeleCloud.


The company Founder, Michael Finaldi retires. Damon Finaldi, Vincent Finaldi, and Cara Miscia assume leadership of the company and begin its second-generation journey.


TeleCloud expands to become a dedicated VoIP service provider and a 100% fully-hosted cloud communications provider.
